LEONARDO CHAVES
ABOUT ME
Art has always been a vital part of who I am, shaping how I perceive and interact with the world. Among all its forms, music holds a special place, a force I’ve come to understand as deeply moving and capable of adding meaning to life’s moments.
That emotional depth is what I aim to bring into every project, creating experiences that resonate, connect, and leave a mark. I’m passionate about turning ideas into reality with empathy, sensitivity, and organization
Being a multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and artist, I’ve had the privilege of working with acclaimed Brazilian artists like Fafá de Belém, Adriana Calcanhotto, and Arthur Nogueira.
My experience goes beyond the studio. I’ve worked in radio and television production and coordination, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing the creation of educational and cultural content at one of Brazil’s leading public broadcasters. I’ve also hosted TV shows and live broadcasts, welcoming artists such as Joelma, Roberta Campos, Manoel Cordeiro, and Salomão Habib.
I believe in collaborative creation, in valuing the process and the people involved. The best ideas often emerge in environments where everyone feels heard and respected.
I hold a postgraduate degree in Cultural Production and Content Curation from Belas Artes de São Paulo, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Arts Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where I’m deepening my knowledge in cultural strategy, innovation, and leadership.
Having lived both ends of the creative ecosystem, from the artist’s perspective in the studio to the operational side of media and event production, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of how the system works. This full-spectrum experience allows me to move between creative and strategic roles with fluency, always aiming to build meaningful and impactful artistic projects.
